Big Rewards Program

The results are in! The Heart and Style Big Rewards program was a success. During the course of the free 12-week pilot program, Big Rewards members:

  • Lost weight
  • Improved eating habits
  • Increased physical activity
  • Experienced improvements in overall mental wellness; and  
  • Gained confidence to live healthier, fuller Lives

Inspiring Real Health and Lifestyle Changes

The Big Rewards program was designed to help women move past the barriers to good health and start making real health and lifestyle changes. It provided personalized attention, motivation, inspiration and tools to help members improve their personal and family healthy. Program features included:

  • Twice-monthly telephone coaching with one of our expert Heart and Style health coaches
  • Orientation at the Heart and Style Conference
  • Personal health risk assessment
  • Pedometer
  • Motivational Email Messages
  • Online resources including access to an extensive library of health articles and videos
  • Weight loss, nutrition and exercise tips
  • Diabetes and heart disease prevention education
  • Teleseminars
  • Group Follow-Up and Celebration Event

Twenty-six women successfully completed the 12-week program. Through our partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office on Women’s Health, the Heart and Style Big Rewards program was offered free of charge.
