-1 tablespoon of sugar
-1 tablespoon of oil
-150 g of flour
-1 teaspoon of yeast
-20 cl of milk
-100 g of chocolate
In a bowl, start beating the eggs with sugar. Gently add a little flour, baking powder and a tablespoon of oil. Gradually pour in the milk, adding the other half of flour little by little. This step will help you not to create lumps in the mixture. Cut the chocolate bar into many pieces (alternatively, you can use a chocolate cream!). At this point, grease the pan a little and heat it on the fire. When it is sufficiently hot, pour a generous spoonful of dough and cook for a few seconds. Insert a good spoonful of chocolate inside and cover with a new spoonful of dough. Repeat the operation until your compound is finished. If you prefer, you can add a sprinkling of powdered sugar!
